Starting my 2021 goals off right with 100 miles in January COMPLETED! When I started this it was originally going to be 1000 miles for 2021, but I was so close to 100 miles and I wanted to push myself, so I upped it. I am tracking it on a Google sheet so I can easily see how many miles I have so far, what my output per week is, etc.
I also want to check the weather for the upcoming week so I know how many good days I have to run/walk (I do not like to run on a treadmill if I can help it, I am sorry).
When scoping out my week I take it as 4 weeks per month and about 25 miles per week to reach my goal. Sunny days/Rainy days – indoor/outdoor and plan out my runs/walks, knowing certain day will be lighter (ex. fridays are my fun days so if I can’t run/walk early then I don’t run/walk that day :))
